Vermillion & Scaravilli P.C.

Corporate counsel for innovators

We provide corporate legal advice and representation to clients who want to make a mark on the world.

About the firm

Vermillion & Scaravilli P.C. is a New York professional service corporation, founded as a platform for unconventional lawyers. As a firm, we are dedicated to providing sophisticated, efficient corporate legal advice and representation to exceptional people and companies.

We are scribes of our clients’ business affairs. In that position, we also frequently offer advice on the conduct of those affairs. It is a position of privilege and trust. That is why even in this era of accelerating change, hiring a lawyer remains a highly relationship-based process. You can visit our brochure website, google our attorneys – we are easily findable on the web. Yet the majority of our clients are referred by people we know.

Our goal with this site is to give potential colleagues and clients some insight into the firm, our work, and our style. In our experience no one decides to work for or with a law firm based on its brochure. But hopefully we can provide some relevant information to those who may be interested to learn more about us.
